Enda Keenan, Crushing & Screening Services NI, received the title of High Achiever of the Year at the 2025 Plant & Civil Engineer Awards.

The accolade – sponsored by ICE Expo 2026 – was presented at the prestigious ceremony in recognition of Enda’s inspiring journey of dedication, resilience and significant accomplishments within the industry.

Over the past year, Enda has achieved remarkable milestones for his company, including expanding the fleet, becoming the UK and Ireland agent for an oils and lubricants brand, increasing his customer base, and extending his team with new engineers and an apprentice – all the while remaining on the road six days a week conducting repair and maintenance services nationwide.

The judges said: “In just five years, Enda has turned a one-man operation into a nationwide service trusted by leading names in quarrying, recycling, and plant maintenance. His attention-to-detail, integrity, and customer-first attitude have earned him immense respect among clients and peers alike.”

Returning to the Crowne Plaza Belfast, Shaw’s Bridge, the Plant & Civil Engineer Awards ceremony was compered by TV and radio sports presenter, Adrian Logan, and attracted 400-plus industry leaders who gathered for the unveiling of the 18 categories.

Organised by Hillsborough-based publishers of Plant & Civil Engineer, 4SM (NI) Ltd, the annual event has cemented its reputation as a must-attend celebration of the excellence and dedication that drive the plant, construction, and civil engineering industries forward.
